Pattern, color and sophisticated glamour were woven together to create an urban living space in an historic building located on Chicago’s famed Michigan Avenue just steps away from the Art Institute. Our material palette was inspired by the historic building housing the condo, and from the colorful and energetic neighborhood. The result gave our well traveled client a place to rest, relax and recharge while in Chicago.
